Activision no quiere perder tiempo con Guitar Hero 5, por eso, ya está trabajando en paquetes de canciones descargables para el título musical, que llegó a las tiendas de Norteamérica hace apenas 3 días.
Asimismo, hay un paquete de canciones de la anterior versión, Guitar Hero: World Tour, que también pueden ser descargadas a la nueva entrega.
